MS programs with full scholarship (tuotion-fee, dormitory, living stipend, medical insurance) at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) are being offered in English.
The main strength of Institute is physics and mathematics. However there are programs for Computer science, material design, electrical engineers, aerodynamics.

Medium of study is English.
Deadline to apply is 31st Jan.
In the admission link, TOEFL/IELTS requirement is mentioned. But it is not strictly demanded. If someone does not have the score, can still apply.
