Internships – National Tsing Hua University

This internship program will be a two-month research experience under the guidance of a faculty advisor from College of Engineering, NTHU. Each participant will working collaboratively with their advisor on an on-going research project or a new project of mutual interests.

The program offers a great opportunity with the mixture of cultural experiences, academic achievements, and social outings. During the two-month program, you will work along with local students on conducting research projects. This program also arranges field trips of places around Taiwan.

Who can apply: This NTHU summer internship program is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate current enrolled university students overseas. Applicants will be accepted to one of the six disciplines under College of Engineering that best match their interest of study. Each student admitted will complete the program under the advisory of a professor.

Streams: Power Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Nanoengineering and Microsystems, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management and Materials Science Engineering.

Location: College of Engineering, National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan)

Duration: 2 months (May 9- July 11, 2016)

Stipend: Limited candidates will be given Global Engineer Leadership (GEL) Scholarships with subsidized round trip airline tickets up to NTD 15,000 and free accommodation at university residence hall.
