Requirements for applying :
1. TOEFL minimum 79 or IELTS minimum 6.0
2. Official English Academic Transcript
3. Three (3) strong recommendation letters by Professors or Advisors under whom you have pursued research or taken courses in major field or study
4. Curriculum Vitae
5. GRE Test (optional)

You need to apply for Graduate Program first to receive the scholarship. Once you are accepted in the Graduate Program, the scholarship will cover :

1. Full tuition support
2. Monthly Allowance USD 20,000 to USD 30,000 / Per Year
3. Relocation Support (Return Ticket from Saudi to Home Each Year)
4. Housing 
5. Medical and Dental Coverage
